1. Before processing the flat plate and the workpiece, the carpet double-sided tape should use organic solvent to clean the bonding surface of the flat plate and the workpiece, and make it dry; Flatten and then remove the protective layer of the double-sided tape from the carpet;
2. Then stick the workpiece on the flat working surface, and tap the workpiece lightly to bond the workpiece and the flat plate to minimize the gap between the two; clamp the flat plate of the glued workpiece on the workbench of the machine tool for processing. After the processing is completed, remove the plate and the workpiece, insert the adhesive layer with a thin spatula to separate the workpiece from the plate, and then clean the workpiece and the plate with an organic solvent.
