1、The plate, tape and plate roller should be mounting at room temperature ;
2、Clean the plate and plate roller before usage.
3、If the plate is applied to the sleeve, the minimum air pressure must be used to prevent the sleeve from deforming;
4、The joint of the double-sided tape should be staggered from the joint of the printing plate;
5、When applying tape, there should be no air bubbles between the tape and the plate roller.
6、When cleaning the plate during printing, make sure the cleaning solvent won’t touch the tape or it will damage the tape.
7、When removing the plate from the tape, the angle between the plate and the tape should be no more than 90 degrees.
8、Don’t overuse the tape repeatedly, or it will affect the printing effect.
