Featuring an Acrylic Pressure-Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) on both sides of an open-cell foam core, it achieves a strong, permanent bond with high ultimate strength and outstanding shear holding power. This tape offers excellent resistance to high temperatures (up to 104°C / 220°F), solvents, and chemicals. Its conformable foam structure ensures effective adhesion to a wide range of surfaces, including metals and high-surface-energy plastics, making it suitable for both interior and exterior applications (where protected from direct environmental exposure). Protected by a robust, densified paper liner (with easy peel-away properties), the tape facilitates smooth die-cutting and reliable dispensing in automated systems. The liner also minimizes edge roll and shields the adhesive from humidity extremes. Double Coated Urethane Foam Tape is the ideal solution for a broad spectrum of industrial bonding challenges requiring durability, strength, and resistance.
